Casting product example: Aluminum melting plating tank, special cast iron.

Casting surface treatment equipment (for melting and plating) Dimensions: 1.5m × 1.1m × 3.1m Weight: 7t Plating tank

We manufacture the main body of the plating tank used to melt aluminum for plating processes. Using this plating tank, we apply an aluminum coating to the surfaces of products that require heat resistance and corrosion resistance, such as chimneys, ducts, incinerators, steam boilers, marine chimneys, bolts, and nuts. This plating tank increases hardness and suppresses cracking by adding a certain amount of chromium (Cr) to standard gray cast iron (FC). *The product photo shows the tank in actual use, with aluminum being melted and products being coated on-site. Additionally, we have a proven track record with various cast products across different industries, so please refer to our "Company Profile" for more details. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
